Q: How do I install "Pro Antivirus" to my computer?

A: Please visit our download page. After accepting User License Agreement you will be offered to save the .exe file to your computer. Save it and launch after the download is finished.


Q: How do I register and activate "Pro Antivirus"?

A: To register "Pro Antivirus" you will first need to purchase the software. Please visit our billing page. After completion of your transaction you will be emailed a unique license number to activate. If you have already registered your version of "Pro Antivirus", it will automatically detect the purchase and change its status to “registered” when you open the "Pro Antivirus - Activate" window.

Q: I have purchased "Pro Antivirus" software and it remains unregistered and doesn't remove threats from my computer.

A: You should enter the license number into the "Pro Antivirus" - Activate window by clicking the "Activate" button at the lower right corner of “Pro Antivirus”. You can always find your license number in the text of the email which you have received after the purchase of “Pro Antivirus”.

Common problems

Q: When I try to update my copy of "Pro Antivirus", I get such an error: "Cannot perform download update package, please try to repeat update later". What does it mean?

A: This means that you have the latest version of Pro Antivirus and there are no updates available right now. Please try to update later.

Q: When I run the virus scan, it finds infected items and removes them, but I still getting popups and other virus symptoms. How can I fix it?

A: Please send us an email at the address specified at our contact page with your license number. We will respond after review and create an individual fix and instruction to repair.

Q: "Pro Antivirus" starts right after logon and I don't see the task bar and Windows Start menu.

A: This happens because the "Protected Windows Startup" is activated by default. You can disable it the Settings tab by checking "Allow Unprotected Windows Startup". Press "Apply Settings" and shutdown/reset you computer using the power/reset button. After reboot you will see your desktop as usual. It is recommended that you leave this setting on.


Q: How do I uninstall ?

A: Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and choose Pro Antivirus "Uninstall".

Q: Why can't I uninstall Pro Antivirus?

A: For security you will need to get an uninstall key at our site to confirm uninstalling.

Q: Why do you need my email address to let me uninstall "Pro Antivirus"?

A: Your email is required for us to provide you the uninstall key required to uninstall Pro Antivirus. Your email will never be given to or sold to any third party.

Q: I have received my uninstall key. What do I do with it?

A: You need to copy and paste it into the software uninstall form on your PC to complete the uninstallation process.
